By accessing the pbaodds website at pbaodds.app, registering for an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all services offered through pbaodds, including but not limited to: sports betting (including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and sabong), live casino games, slot games, online bingo, e-sports wagering, and the Ocean King Jackpot fish-shooting game. Each game category may also have supplementary rules that form part of these Terms by reference.

Your continued use of the pbaodds platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

To register and maintain an active account on pbaodds, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as guided by PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order or exclusion directive issued by pbaodds or any gaming regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pbaodds or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

To access pbaodds betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Each individual player may hold only one active pbaodds account. Opening, maintaining, or using multiple accounts — including through the use of different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. pbaodds employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts will be suspended and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pbaodds login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. pbaodds will never contact you via chat, email, SMS, or any other method to request your password. Any activity that occurs under your account while your credentials are active is deemed to be your own activity and you accept full responsibility for it.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pbaodds support immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional protection.

pbaodds operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations applicable to Philippine gaming operators. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before making withdrawals or when your account reaches certain transaction thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal holds until the process is complete.

All financial transactions on the pbaodds platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pbaodds supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on operational and regulatory factors.

Deposit transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the deposit page of the platform. pbaodds does not accept third-party deposits — the name on your payment method must match your registered pbaodds account name. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one standard business day. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to two business days depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed on the same business day the request is submitted before the daily processing cutoff.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account, subject to KYC verification.
• pbaodds does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• Funds originating from active bonus balances are subject to wagering requirement completion before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• pbaodds reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Account balances that remain dormant for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. pbaodds will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any dormancy fee is applied.

All bets placed on pbaodds are subject to the specific game rules and betting guidelines applicable to each sport or game category. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that wager. The following general betting rules apply across all pbaodds sportsbook markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pbaodds does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets unless the event is cancelled or postponed under circumstances specified in the event-specific rules.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price being offered, pbaodds reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may be adjusted at pbaodds's discretion, including during live in-play betting periods.
• For PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other sports markets, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Results will not be amended based on subsequent appeals or disciplinary outcomes unless the event's official governing body formally reverses the declared result before settlement.
• Postponed events will be treated as void unless rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, unless specific event rules state otherwise.
• pbaodds reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single event, accumulator, or parlay bet as displayed in the platform's betting limits section.

pbaodds offers various bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional campaigns to registered players. All promotions are governed by these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of a bonus balance, which is separate from your real money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Standard wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and validity periods are displayed on each promotion's detail page.
• pbaodds reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after bonuses have been credited, any unmet wagering requirements will be removed and the bonus balance voided, but stakes derived from real money play will not be affected.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash at face value (prior to meeting wagering requirements), or combined with other active bonuses unless the promotion explicitly permits this.
• Promotional abuse — including but not limited to bonus farming, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinated exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in all associated bonuses being cancelled and the account being reviewed for suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pbaodds platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or forfeiture of account balances and winnings:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with pbaodds.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes, share insider information about sporting events, or engage in match-fixing or spot-fixing activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown platform error are void.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by pbaodds.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward pbaodds staff or other players via the platform's communication channels.

All content on the pbaodds platform — including but not limited to the pbaodds brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, odds data, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other proprietary material — is the intellectual property of pbaodds or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pbaodds platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pbaodds content without prior written authorisation from pbaodds.

Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of odds, game data, or any other content from the pbaodds platform for any purpose — commercial or otherwise — is strictly prohibited.

pbaodds collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pbaodds processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

Your personal data will not be sold or rented to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention systems) solely to the extent necessary to deliver pbaodds services to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pbaodds, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pbaodds does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages, and unforeseen service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. pbaodds will not be liable for losses arising from betting decisions made on the basis of inaccurate odds data caused by data feed interruptions or technical errors, provided such errors are corrected within a reasonable timeframe.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by consumer protection law, pbaodds's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to pbaodds in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pbaodds is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, income source, or solution to financial difficulties. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your daily life, relationships, or finances, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available on pbaodds.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pbaodds players directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending on the platform.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications when your active session exceeds a duration you set.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily restrict your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period and cannot be reversed on request.

pbaodds reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same player.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed by pbaodds due to a breach of these Terms, any funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is voluntarily closed by the player, any real money balance (excluding active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within 5 business days.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact pbaodds support. Players seeking self-exclusion should use the self-exclusion tool in their account settings rather than simply closing their account, as self-exclusion provides additional protections that account closure alone does not.

pbaodds reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made to these Terms, pbaodds will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file, or by displaying a prominent notification upon login to the platform.

Amended Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the pbaodds platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the pbaodds platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

pbaodds operates in alignment with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the guidelines issued by PAGCOR. Nothing in these Terms limits or restricts the rights of regulatory authorities to take action in relation to the operation of the platform.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
